Default 03 Accord no AC function

03 Accord EX V6 with dual auto climate control, blower fan does not work in cabin, bench tested it runs., ac clutch won't engage, both radiator and condenser fans run when engine is at running temp with ac mode turned on. Everything on the display seems to be normal, fan speed indicator goes up and down, AC ON appears when AC button is pushed, all vent mode change from floor, floor-vent, vent only, floor-defrost, defrost, and interior temperature settings all work on the screen. All buttons at bottom of control when pushed the green light comes on, Auto, Dual, Recirculate, Defrost and rear window defrost. The two 7.5 amp fuses under hood are good, as well as the 40 amp fuses and the 7.5 amp at driver side under dash. AC clutch, Blower motor, rear window defroster, and both radiator fan relays are good, verified relay switches when applied voltage and continuity. AC pressure switch is a 4 wire and have continuity between 2 pins on the pressure switch which indicates the system has enough charge to run. I applied voltage at the AC Clutch relay socket and the clutch engaged, by-passed the switch at AC compressor clutch with relay in place and started engine and the compressor ran with high pressure line getting warm and the low side getting cold, but still the interior blower did not run. Tested ground at blower motor relay its good. Tested the blower power transistor it has continuity between 2 terminals less the 3.95 ohms and open on the other 2 terminals. Tested all systems No codes, Does the climate control unit have a self-diagnostic function? Any idea what else I can check to see why the AC won't work, short of replacing the climate control unit? Next, I will be testing all AC circuits to see where I have battery voltage and where I don't.
I have all the previous service records and the blower fan inside and the radio component has been replaced before.
