When you took your car over to your local Advance Auto- what was the code number you got from them?
If you have an AutoZone round your city go there, I believe they are trained a bit better on how to read their Code Grabber...

WELCOME!
Unless the light stays on, it's doubtful that a code can be determined. The 02 sensor is essentially a regular maintenance item. Were it me, I would replace it and go from there. At 70K it's a safe bet IMO.
