RECENTLY REPLACED ENGINE AND TRANNY ON MY 01ACCORD WITH MATCHING LONGBLOCK, BOTH ENGINES WERE RUNNING GREAT BEFORE SWAP. NOW IT IDLES, BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO ACCELERATE IT IT DIES AND IT FEELS LIKE IT IS LEAN. I HAD INSTALLED ORIGINAL THROTTLE BODY AND MOST OF SENSORS ON THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM CAME FROM ORIGINAL ENGINE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. CAR ALSO SHIFTS REALLY BAD. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT?? CAN IT BE ECU, HOW CAN YOU SWAP ECU WITHOUT REPLACING IMMOBILAZER???

You can start a new thread on your problem and try to include as many details as possible.

 

We had some serious scrambling of the site since 2005. Don't remember when, maybe over a period of a couple months in 2006 or so.

It's possible that there WERE answers, some were lost or scattered to other threads. It was a real annoying problem for a couple months.

lol u`ll funny bult i got it str-8 the idle screw was all the way in and wasnt letting the rite amount of air thru.
