Default 02 F23A1 timing belt job

okay so i've done my homework and come up with mixed results..

so basically. i'd like some input on what to replace and what not to replace at the time that i do the timing belt..

I'm planning on doing the timing belt AND water pump at the same time..

but some results i came up with also said to do the balancer belt and some various things as well

i found a couple kits that have a timing belt, water pump, balancer belt, all drive belts, and various tensioners(and i think bearings as well) and seals and such but do i really NEED all the other stuff ?

also brands of parts is in question.. should i go GENUINE and get HONDA parts.. or are these kits with Contitech, Bando, GMB, and Flennor parts good ?

THIS is the one i was talking about.. it's got a bunch of other stuff with it.. but do i really need to do all that?

or would THIS be a better choice since it's all genuine parts ?

Thanks in advance

~Moddage

EDIT: also i'm not super worried about the valve cover related gaskets being with the timing belt kit as i need to do valve adjustments anyway..

All Honda Genuine parts, http://www.tasauto.com has timing belt packages at reasonable prices.

The only other timing belt I'd trust than the Honda one (or the company that makes the Honda one) is a Gates belt.

Thanks for the info

EDIT: so do i NEED to replace the tensioners too ? or is that just a "maybe" item ?

Tensioners have bearing in them, they've been spinning the however many miles since the belt was last changed.

You'll want:
-t-belt
-t-belt tensioner
-balance belt
-balance tensioner
-new water pump
