My check engine light came on, and the Honda dealer wants to charge $388 for replacing the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor and ECM upgrade. I replaced the 02 sensor and reset the code but it keeps coming back on. What is the ECM upgrade? The honda is an 03 Accord EX V6.
