Default '03 Accord Intermittent Power Steering Loss and Leak

Hi, and thanks in advance for any help!

Over the last 2 years, my Accord has had power steering issues when the weather is cold. Basically, it loses power steering and becomes very difficult to turn when the temp is 50 or below, but since I live in South Texas, that wasn't too often and I just dealt with it.

This year, however, it began getting much worse, losing power steering intermittently regardless of the weather, especially when turning right. I checked the fluid about 6 months ago and it was low, so I added fluid that I had on-hand just before heading out to work, and not thinking clearly... It was non-Honda fluid... But it improved performance for couple weeks, then started acting up again. I realized my mistake, drained what old fluid I could, replaced the infamous o-ring right at the pump, and refilled with Honda fluid. It seemed to drive brand new and I was incredibly encouraged! However, that also only lasted a couple weeks, and now its back to working intermittently. Performance is definitely better when the engine, or the temperature outside is warm, but it is still quite a hassle.

I recently also noticed alot of fluid on the reservoir and surrounding areas last time I looked in the engine bay. I've included a picture, but this was after I wiped things down...

In ya'll's opinion, what all should I be looking to replace in order to fix this issue? It's a great car and runs strong, save for this issue.

Thanks!
