i jus bought a accord coupe v6 ex in auto an i've been drivin in D3 an 2 an 1st gears cus it seems to accelerate alot faster in city an highway driving. is dat ganna mess up my car cus its auto?

 

it's okay to drive around in those gears as long as you don't over-rev it, however, it's probably going to give you some crappy gas mileage and force your car to run (on average) at a higher RPM... So it's typically a bit harder on your car than just using drive....

 

it is kinda fun thou, strap an air filter on there and have a little more fun with that beautiful sound.

 

for around town D3 is ok if you are 30mph or below
