07honda accord hybird with 97000 milees can it be acceptable?

Default 07honda accord hybird with 97000 milees can it be acceptable?
clean title , with leather heat seat, brand new tires, only one owner,but it has 97000 miles, can this worry me a lot? is it worth 13500?
