Default 1991 Accord f22 or H22 Build

what would be the best to do? Build up my f22 stock and put forged internals and all the good stuff and turbo it or swap in a h22 and build it up with no boost??

All motor H series would be better. I have seen a slightly built and turboed F23 run low 14s. My H22A car has I/H/E and ran 14.006 on a street tire. Little more work and I should be capable of mid ro low 13 second passes.

I disagree, i think it would be better to build the f23. Your gonna get more torque out of that baby. Ive also seen turboed f23 with just 10psi on stokc internals and they got close to 230-240 hp. Thats just on stock internals. F23 would be cheaper and more effeicnet in my opinion. Thats just my 2cents.
