Default 1993 Honda accord ,Vibration and Valve problem

Hi,

I am new to States for short term and bought a 1993 Honda Accord, Mileage of 233Kfrom John Eagle Honda Of Dallas.

After running about 300 miles , I started geting strong vibration when Engine is Idle or when I stop or reverse the car. I took it a mechanic suspecting a Engine Mount problem. After checking the mechanic told me that One of the Engine Valve is not working and he has to check it and if any repair ,would cost me maximum of 750$.

I am trying to contact the salesman to tell about the problem and see whether he will fix it for me. At the time of Sales he said that John Eagle Honda gives warranty of three months on Engine ,motor transmission etc.

I am wondering if this problem was temporarily supressed while selling the car or ??? Anyway I will let you whatthe dealer says for this problem and see if he stands up to the warranty. Else I will be in big trouble and will need your help to advise me fixing the problem.

I would appreciate your feedback on this.

Regards,
Kish20
