Default 2000 accord ran out of oil.

I just bought a 2000 honda accord, 4 clyinder with a 5 speed. I purchased the car not running, when I started to dig into it i found that the cam gear was spun off and the head was locked up, and no oil in the crank case, I know my way around a v8 well but this is my first import. Im still trying to decide if i should try to rebuild this motor or ive been looking into an h22 swap. do any of you guys have any info on what my best option for a motor swap would be? I would like the car to be fast, good gas milage, and still a daily driver. Also do any of you think i would be lucky enough to put a head on it and be ok.
