Default 2001 Honda Accord--4cyl

My veh currently have 270,000 miles on it. I noticed this morning at the red light, it kinda jerked while at idle as if it wanted to cut off. I was wondering if someone might know what this means?

Maybe misfiring? How are all the normal tune-up things? Spark plugs? Distributor cap & wires?

Replacing the spark plug wires isn't on any kind of schedule, but you might check them.

Engine completely cold & do this in complete darkness (4am tomorrow?)
Open hood, start engine, turn off all the lights.
Look for arcing around the plug wires or distributor cap. (Spray water from a windex bottle to make it more visible)
Any arcing means you should replace that wire (or the cap).

Also... I think any serious misfiring would have set off the check-engine-light. So is the CEL working? It should turn on for 2 seconds when you first turn the key ON.
