Default 2001 Honda Accord overheating

So I’ve replaced both radiator hoses today but I noticed my car was still overheating. I saw what I believe was a coolant spraying from the breather hose? I’ll post a picture, but I’m just not sure what the part/hose is called. I’d appreciate some help. It’s a 2001 lx 4 cylinder if that helps.

A breather hose wouldn't cause you to be overheating. Did you not change the thermo since you were replacing the hoses.

I already changed the thermostat. The radiator was replaced recently as too.

What prompted you to changing everything. Did you have something bust? When the car gets to operating temps are both hoses fairly the same temp. You may still have an air pocket in the system. I'm placing my bet on that.

I bought the car from a salvage yard and the radiator was busted from and accident from the previous owner. Once I replaced that it worked fine but recently the car overheated on a 30 minute drive home from work. The thermostat needed to be replaced. After I replaced that everything was great again. A month later it was over heating again and when I popped the hood I could hear a hissing but couldn’t see it. So I replaced the radiator hoses, everything was fine. Yesterday I went to the store and came out after 5-10 minutes and saw half a gallon (maybe less) of coolant puddle under my car, checked for leaks and saw the first part pictured (left one) spraying coolant.

I'm not understanding how coolant is spraying from a breather tube.

This is the part you are looking for. The third group is what I believe you're saying is leaking. The second group goes to the VC and air flow tube. The first item is what you will need to purchase and then third group.

Breather tube- 17137-PAA-A00

Breather tube hose- 17138-P0A-000
Clamps- 95002-41300-04 (x3) if you want to replace the clamps

Hose A- 19514-PAA-A00
Hose B- 19515-PAA-A00
Clamps- 95002-41250-04 (x4)

I stand corrected on the breather tube. It is a 2 part piece and coolant flows through the bottom pipe.

I I just replaced water pump thermostat hoses head gasket (all upper gaskets) and the gauge sending unit wire. It gets about half way with no thermostat (hollow) and goes over half way with the thermostat. (Brand new 170 degree. Also new radiator and have flushed system multiple times and has flow
