Question 2002 Honda Accord EX V6 CODES P1339 & P1739

After having my transmission rebuilt 2weeks ago,my check engine light appeared and was constantly blinking. This was accompanied by the TCS light which stayed lit at all times.
So I took my car to Advanced Auto and the codes I was given were 1739 & 1339. 1 is a misfire code, the p1739 & the other,1739,a problem in 3rd Clutch Pressure Switch Circuit.
Now I went back to the guy who did the trans he said the misfire has to do with the engine & I must first fix that before he can fix the 3rd gear pressure switch. I had the spark plugs changed but he now is suggesting maybe the coils are bad or injectors. Has anyone had this problem and could inform me of what might be going on w/my car.....PLZ!

Those automatic transmissions are extreemely confusing. with their torque converter, planetary gear system, mazes of hydraulic lines, hydraulic cylinders, and at least 5 clutches, I always thought if something went wrong with an automatic transmission, you would just need a new transmission. I have taken a few apart, but never put one back together. I would imagine that if a clutch is slipping, you would need to take the whole thing apart to replace one plate. Next time buy a car with a manual transmission. Just out of curiosity, how much did it cost to have your transmission rebuilt?

I would go w/a manual however, I dont tthink its such a great idea w/all the muti-tasking while driving and having to shift. I have a 4month old and even though I shouldn't be, I am always on my phone in the car being it's prolly my only free-time lol.
I payed $1,200.00 w/a 1 year warranty, only because my dad sells transmissions and anything to do with a drive train and the guy who did it is someone he has been doing buisness with for a long time. I called around and got prices starting around $3,000.00 w/labpr fpr a replacement not a rebuild.
Since my last post I had the EGR valve and carborator cleaned and took it to another mechamic who said the injectors are clogged. I put injector cleaner in it didnt make a difference. He offered to soak them for a cpl days but I need my car lol. So I may just take it to a Honda Dealer and see whats going on.
