Default 2006 Accord V6 - engine vibration/transmission noise

I searched this thread for a response to my specific issue, and did not find one. I have a 2006 Accord EX-L V6 with 32,000 miles. I have owned it for 3 months. In that time, it has developed a pronounced engine vibration when the car is underway and the RPMs are between 1500 and 2000. As soon as RPMs climb above 2000, the vibration disappears instantly.

I also have a transmission whine when coasting around 45MPH.

I've taken the car to an independent Honda mechanic, as well as a large Honda dealer here in Charlotte, NC, and they claim to not find anything wrong.

Can anyone offer a suggestion on the cause of these issues? Is this truly normal operation? Can anyone suggest a reputable Honda mechanic in the Charlotte, NC, area?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

That's interesting to me that a indy Honda mechanic and a dealer could not find anything wrong. Did they ride in the car with you and let you point out the problem?
If not, I suggest you take it back and make a service tech ride in the car with you and point out the problem to them. If they say it is normal, they need to let you ride in another Honda like yours (only problem is they may not have another 2006 model) and show you that the sound and vibration is present in that car too.
