Default 2006 Accord Vibration

I am having an issue with my 2006 Accord 4dr 4cyl automatic. It has an issue with when I am traveling at a speed that has the engine at 1500RPM in multiple gears. I feel the vibration more in the gas petal then steering wheel. When there is additional resistance like going into a corner or a slight incline the RPM is maintained and there is a vibration similar to a standard when you are in too high of a gear. If I push down on the gas the transmission shifts and the vibration goes away. I had a CEL come on 8 months ago for a slow downstream O2 censor which I replaced and the code never came back but never fixed this problem.

My original thought was that it was an oxygen/fuel issue so I started going through different things that could cause issues like this.

- Replace spark plugs
- Cleaned throttle body
- Cleaned MAS
- Cleaned Throttle Position Sensor
- Cleaned EGR sensor/valve
- Cleaned EGR pathways
- Seafoam

My fuel economy seemed to go up but did not resolve this issue. Any thoughts?

Hard to say. Possibly torque converter shudder.

When was the last time the transmission fluid was changed? Can try several transmission fluid drain and fill with Honda DW-1 synthetic transmission fluid.

Transmission fluid has been replaced as per maintenance specification. Checked 5k ago and looked good.

Flushed and replaced transmission fluid and cleaned shift solenoid filter....

Any way to diagnose if it is the torque converter? Solenoids all seem to work and it is not throwing any codes.
