Ok, So I am new here, and I personally drive a Nissan Altima. But anyways, my brother in law is buying a 88 Accord this weekend. I know how to start mod's with cars such as intake header and exhaust. but im curious as to what is gonna be the best route with this car. my brother in law wants to mod this car, and im not too user friendly with honda's cause ive never worked on one. I'm personally thinking motor swap, but then again i really dont know much about these cars. any help would be appreciated greatly. thanks for all your help.[&:]

 

Swap Would be a lil to hard and for mods most of it has to be custom for headers get pacesetter intake get and intake piping that would fit or go on ebay and thats about it that would be easy to do any exhaut can that u can weld up to it would be ok i re did my whole exhaust on my 88 accord to 3"

A 3" exhaust on that car is ungodly pointless, that goes for any car that isnt a v8 or turbocharged.

Tell him to look at doing a 1stgen B16 swap.
