I have tried all sorts of additives. Fuel and Oil. Stupid me, i just picked up my Haynes book and its in the troubleshooting section. I think it might be the Ignition Timing. Any others suggestions.

test your o2 sensors and replace if needed
check your air filter for oil blow by
check PCV valve for proper operation (should rattle)
run some sea foam through it
test your fuel pressure and correct if it is too low or too high
is your transmission operating correctly?
are your brakes dragging?

Air filter is fine, i just put in a K&N with SRI. (gas milage was same before intake.)
Just checked PCV rattles and sucks fine.
Trannys good.
Brakes fine.

How would i go about checking sensors, And fuel pressure?

personally I would replace your o2 sensor if you are up there in milage....

you need a fuel pressure guage to test fuel pressure....DH can you show him? I am not sure how to do it on a 94...(never had to)

does your engine rattle when it is warmed up? If so it may be time for a valve adjustment

I think it is the sensor, i just checked it and i think its bad.

Engine shakes at idle, but thats the rear motor mount, replacing it soon.
