Default 94 accord ex automatic not starting!

So my 94 accord ex isnt starting. Its truning over so its not the starter, i just replaced the ignition system, and battery is charged, i cant figure out whats wrong. My dash is flashing D4 and engine light after trying to start it. It was having trouble earlier this week when i was driving, it wouldnt grip the gear it was in, no loud noises or anything, its just no response from the tranny until about 3k rpm. So i checked the cable linkage underneath (automatic) and thats fine, The cable from the throttle body is connected as well, this all happened after the other day i tightened my throttle cable, but i accidently tightened the top one as well so it was ideling very high when in neutral. I'ev tried everything i can think of can anyone help?

read your codes 1st and see why your TCU and ECU are throwing codes that's where you need to start.

The throttle cable HAS to go slack, at least a little bit. In the DIY section, search for a post by me about setting the BASE idle.

And read the error codes.
