i've exhausted my research on this subject & i only find general advice. i need some specifics to my swap. i have 94 cd5 w/ f22b2 non vtech sohc auto that has a crack in the block so i'm replacing it with the slightly more powerful h23a1 non vtech dohc from a 93 prelude si. i have from donor car engine w/ brackets for alt, p/s & ac, ecu, exhaust mani & driver side motor mount. i need to know what else i may need to complete this swap? (i know i need a fuel rail from 97+ lude) is there some1 who has done this swap who can give me an accurate list of items or a link to a swap guide, any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. sorry if i posted in wrong forum.

 

I had to get an engine swap in my 97 because of a blown head gasket. I swapped from F22B2 to F22B6 (Odyssey engine). Believe it or not it runs better than my old one. I honestly don't know much about any other swaps, hopefully someone will chime in and help you.

It is pretty much the same as any H swap, less anything to do with the vtec.

 

Just finished my swap, now on to the next. How difficult would it be to add a h22 v-tec head?
