Default h23a1 vs h23a4

ok, thanks to 2.2ex965spd i want to get more info on this but shocker, searches are producing poor results and people refering to it as just the h23a even though theres no engine that had an engine code like that.
prelude 92-96 h23a1 produces 160hp
prelude 97-98 h23a4 prudeces 200hp
obviously at the crank for both

untuned f23 block h23 head swaps claim a little over 170whp off an untuned dyno, and closer to 200 when its properly tuned

My questions are:
whats the difference between the A1 and A4?
Is is the block or the head thats producing that difference in hp?
Do fuzzy kittens romp around more as a result to there being 4 of them instead of 1? obviously not a serious question ^_-
Or is just a situation of the A4 isnt vtec and they have more agressive cams in it.

well as far as the important question goes I can't tell you a thing because I don't know.... the kittens though I woudl have to say that 4 romp around more that 1, it's called the mob effect. For examply my GF teacup chihua is calm by himself and my ferret is calm by herself. But if the two of them get near each other damage and distruction begins!

(yes I just posted a pointless post but someone was bound to say something so why not be the first?)
