I'm New To This,Ive Got a 94 accord ex,with an f22b2 motor,when i got this i guess it had been in an engine swap,idk why i figure the engine must've blown cause this is the motor it shoul come with,anyways it gets spark and fuel,it will turn over but won't start if any one can help please let me know

 

Lack of fuel vs. lack of spark...

Turn the key to ON but don't immediately go to START. Listen for the fuel pump to run for 2 seconds then stop. Does it do this?

Got a timing light? Use it to verify spark. Hook it to all 4 wires, one after the other, to verify that each one has spark.
