97 accord lx faulty m.a.p or tps sensors ??
Hi so my accord for the past year sometimes after running when I go to make a complete stop the idle dips from 800rpms to about half and runs pretty rough then it goes back to normal to 800rpms. It has once or twice completely stalled out on me if I stopped hard enough . When that happens its seems to be on warmer days . I just recently had to replace the speedometer . There about 183000 miles on it and I take care of it for the most part just curious to what part I should replace . Also if there's a guide to test the sensors I do have a voltmeter
Thanks!
Thanks!

Usally bad MAP will set a code...is the CEL on or been on at anytime?
Me (if there are no codes), first thing I would do is give the throttle body a good cleaning. Both sides of the butterfly and be sure the two "ports" on the firewall side of the tb get a good soaking.
Do an idle re-learn (found here https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...threads-40780/). Can't remember if the radio in the 97 had a code or not......meaning once you pull the fuse the radio might need a code to work again.
