i have a 2007 accord exl with nav! and the compressor and fan will not come on, but i can hard wire both and they both come on! what can i do or replace ?

 

Did you check the relay or fuse

 

What about the pressure-switch for the refrigerant? Either a failed switch or a true problem with refrigerant amount?

 

A lot of info is missing to pin point the issue. With that I like to work from the box down. You are correct. Could be a switch or refrigerant level.
OP did it just stop one day or gradually got bad as in not cooling efficiently before it stopped.
