I want make my f22 vtec what y need do? just change the head or someting more? HELP PLEASE........

I believe I've seen this asked before here, so you can search it.
However, it takes more than replacing the head, not even sure if that will work with your engine.
For the sake of argument, you'll still need to make the head work as a vtek, so at a minimum you'll need the vtek actuators (solenoid valve, etc.), and the electronics to control it.
Pretty sure someone will jump in to shed more light on this.

my accord 92 is EX. for make vtec need change computer or no! just the head and wires

You need the proper computer to control the VTEC.

Best to use the one from the same donor car as where you get the VTEC head. I don't have a good list of what other years/models/engines have interchangeable computers.
