Default Automatic Transmission and Diff Oil

Hi all. I have a 97 2.0i ES saloon with and auto transmission and the manual says I need Honda ATF-Z1 fluid (2.4l) to do an oil change. The garages and part suppliers use a system called autoparts which tells them what is needed for a particular model of vehicle. This system says I need 2.4 litres of ATF DII fluid. What do people use?

Also am looking at changing the diff oil as well and can't find any reference to how much and what type to use. Do I use the same stuff as the transmission or something else? Also how much do I need to buy to change the oil?
