beefing up my 92 accord lx
well there are a lot of things you can do but i dont think my fingers are up to the task of typing them all out right now. maybe when i come home crunked tonight i will. damn i bet that ractive exhaust is raspy as hell though
5 to 10 things.... Ok.
1. Start piecing together a turbo kit. Piece by piece, little by little. In a few months you will have all the things you need and you will be ready to have 200+ at the crank.
2. If turbo isn't your thing, there's always nitrous. Cheap and gives you a nice kick on demand. Keep in mind that it will eat your motor from the inside out with extensive use.
3. Headers and a highflow cat. Will improve mid and upper range power and shouldn't set you back more than 350.
4. Cam Shaft. If you plan to keep it all motor, an N/A (Naturally Aspirated) cam grind will really light up your motor. If you plan to turbo in the future though, keep that OEM one!
5. Short Ram or Cold Air. You mentioned you had K&N, but is it just the drop in filter? An induction system will allow some more air in and more air = more power.
6. Ignition Wires. Nology makes some fine wires that will improve throttle response and power. Highly recommended.
That should be a good start. In the end, you'll get more bang for your buck with the turbo. But if that's too much of a project, the other mods are some decent bolt on things to increase power. Hope this helps!

ok...thanks for all the help...but with my 210000 mile engine..i have found some engines i might drop in it...the f20 jdm non vtec, the jdm f20b vtec and the jdm h22a vtec...all with under 50000 miles...so please help me out...what would be the best engine to drop in it...or if you know of another one..please let me kno..thanks again
the f20b is my favorite but it is hard to find parts for it because there is not car here in the US that uses it. the h22a is the most versitile easiest to find parts for motors out there
