Default Belt squealing

Like the title says, I've got a squealing belt. I tried replacing both the alternator/AC compressor and power steering pump belts. The squeal remains. Here's all the relevant info:

●Seems to worst immediately after starting. Once everything warms up, it gets better, but will still start back up periodically. Especially after slowing down/stopping, then re-accelerating.
●When the squealing stops, the airflow from the vents increases.
●I'm not losing power. The car starts fine every time.
●I've tightened everything down as far as I can get it.

Any ideas?

The part about the airflow is really curious. Maybe the squealing is a slipping AC compressor clutch. When it finally engages the air gets cooler so you feel like its blowing more.

I thought so too. It's a little cold for AC, so I'm running heat. It's a noticeable enough change in air speed that I'm rather certain it's not a change in temperate either way though.

Don't know about 1993, but in later Accords whenever you direct air to the defrost position it switches on the AC (for dehumidification).
