G23 is the best all around motor .... it's a frankenstein made from a F23 block and an H22 head. Cast iron sleeves AND a high flow head!

yeah baby! working on getting my H22 head right now... and an H22 tranny to match... but that would be too much expense u u don't was neither of the engines...(i already have the F23) and BTW, falkore, do u know if the valves and springs on the F23 match the ones on the H22? all H22 heads i've found come w/out the valves, springs... ect...

hmmm ... not sure about the valves and springs .... look into Jon's thread about the G23, I think that they have a parts donor list to show what fits in what engines.

I may be wrong, but I'd expect larger valves and stronger springs from the H22 head.
