Default bisimoto head work

i wanted to get this done, and i was wondering if anything needed to be done to the block or if the new head will fit back on no problem?

thats a question you would need to ask bisi.

but nothing would need to be done to the block normally. at the most if the head you supply is overly warped, they will have to surface grind the head, and depending on the amount they have to shave off to make it flat again, you may need to run a thicker head gasket.

head work has nothing to do with the block.

i work at a diesel engine block and head rebuilding shop, any questions and im pretty confident i can answer them accurately.

No modifications will have to be done to the block in order to install the head back on other than a new head gasket and cleaning the surface of your block. After Bisimoto receives your head it will be inspected, cleaned, CNC ported, finished with a hand polish, Bisimoto Spec full radius competition exhaust valve job Bisimoto spec multi-angle competition intake valve job de-shroud valves & polish chambers surface deck to mirror finish and assembled ready to be installed!

If you choose our head service with our Bisimoto Valve train it will also include Bisimoto spec stainless steel Black Nitrite Valves & Custom Titanium Retainer with Pro Spring Kit. Which I do highly recommend.

Feel free to give us a call with any other questions 888-922-6686

Here is an example of a Bisimoto CNC ported H-series head with Bisimoto valve train:
