Default Breaking in the engine on a 2008 EX-L

Hi, so I just got a brand new 2008 EX-L coupe on Sunday (with 59 miles. I'm up to around 200 now), and I was just wondering if there were things I should do during break-in period.

By the way, sorry if this is a repost. I'm not very acquainted with the HAF search function yet (although I do have other forum experience) and couldn't fine anything for "break" or "breaking" as my search terms.

im sure on any exact reccomendations but i go by the rule that you should try and keep the motor revving to under 3000rpm as much as possible for the first 1000 miles or so. its ok if you go over but try not ro really romp on it.

Well, due to where I live and where I work, I have to drive it on the freeway a lot. I was just wondering if this would be bad for my engine.
