Default building H22a1

Hello everyone I just got this 92 accord and I'm planning to put a H22a1 in it but I've been having a hard time finding performance parts for it that are California legal. I don't have a budget!

Best bet is to move. Any modified engine won't pass smog. High horsepower=bad emissions.

It would probably be cheaper to simply sell your car and buy a faster one than to A) modify a car to the point where it won't pass smog in California, or B) move out of state.

How about an old M3; they're relatively cheap and plentiful in California, and pretty darn fast.
