Default H22a1 94 Accord - Turbo Safe?

As soon as I can find the h22 engine for the swap, I plan to install a turbo (After I figure out which turbo to get). But I've read online that it's not so safe to use a turbo on one of these engines. People say that I'll end up blowing the engine up within months. I don't understand that at all. What are they talking about?

The H22 is not ideal for a turbo. with its 10:1 compression stock, it doesnt leave much room for more air. Most turbo'd motors are running around 8:1 or 9:1 compression. However it can be turboed, but I would't run more than 4 or 5 psi. Even then I'm not sure how long it will last.

Yeah the F22 is a pretty popular engine to turbo, it has 8.8:1 compression stock.
