Hello i havea 2000 honda accord Ex Coupe with a F23a. ive been looking everywhere for a performance camshaft but i cant find them anywhere.. ive noticed that alot with this engine. there isnt much i can do. and if i swapped engines ( most likely turbocharging it in the future) what would be my best bet? i heard a h22 on a f23a bottom end is a bad*** engine. anyways if u know of any good performance cams pls let me know, otherwise pls post what u think i should do. im new to the honda car side. i used to have a 2006 yamaha r1 pushing 179 rwhp on a 450 pound bike... but one crash at 75mph = no fun. anyways hit me up

 

Oh yeah so far my car has the following mods
AEM cold air intake
Full 2.5 inch straight pipe( i welded it)from a 4 to 2 to 1 no name header
4X fully adjustable coilovers.

From what I have read, there are not many options for cams. Try someone like importperformanceparts.net or crower.com. I saw a few on importperformanceparts website, but I didn't see any on crower, however I think crower does make them.

If you plan on turboing anyway, if I were you I would just buy another low mileage F23 and slowly piece together a turbo then slap it all in there when you have all the parts. H22's are not known to handle boost too well without internal mods. H22 head on F23 has been done before. there is a thread on here about that. Search for "G23".
