I have a 95 accord and my daughter got it real hot and blew a head gasket. I have removed head and had checked for warpage. it checks out good. When I check block there is .005" clearence between 2 &3. Is it history or will a good head gasket work? I was told that early model fiber type gasket will be ok. Whats the verdict?

 

that should be fine. when you torque the head down start in the middle though and squish it down
