Default Deleting AC

Well i tried searching the forums and google and couldn't find a straight answer. I am trying to delete my AC compressor and was wondering if a non ac alternator belt is all i need, or do i need an idler pulley.

What is this for, a '72 Pinto or ??? There's 30 years of Accords, and guess what? They're not all the same.

I'd look at parts drawings (hondaautomotiveparts.com) forperhaps the LX & DX versions of whatever year you're talking about. I think for many years the DX didn't come with AC?

i think that the DX also came with a/c,,

you might have to measure the distance from the alt to the ctrank pulley ,double it and a bit more , go to an auto part store and match 1 up

this 1 should fit...alt belt name brand ,, Dayco 5060370.

You can go to a honda dealer and get an alternator belt. Tell em you want to delete the a/c. It's in thier parts catalog. They should also be able to tell you the lenth needed if they dont stock it.
