i like that thing i have a 2006 v6 but its an automaticis it worth modifying

Don;t waste your time and money. It's pointless. If you want a VTEC controller go for it, but you have an intake, there's not much your going to do with the computer to make it better.

What type of mods are we talking? There's a line where everything below it is okay for both manuals and autos, but above that line really makes those mods pointless with an auto i.e. drift setups, turbos, serious modifications. You are still well below that line.
