im 90% sure its not really mugen just a ebay mugen. cause no real mugen thing is under $100, unless its a sticker.

I would not waste my money on it.

 

It just feeds more fuel into your engine making it "faster" but at the same time you suffer from lower MPG and a fake "Mugen" effect.

Most honda's dont have speed limiters, rev limiters yes but im pretty sure anything post second or third gen doesnt have one

 

Really? My friend complained about that in his RSX-S and that's a K-series engine block....
