Default Starter for 1998 accord ex need help in germany

Hi everyone,

I'm from germany. I lived in America from 1996 - 1999 and my dad bought a 1998 accord ex. the month when the car was build was may 1998. it has the 2,3 engine with 110kw / 150hp.

Now we have a problem here in germany. Our starter isn't working well sometimes it just clacks. dont know it better to explain with my bad english

so we went to honda an they looked into the car and said it's the starter we have to have a new one. they would like to have 600 euros for it. i found some starters at ebay for at least about 100 euros and it's an original part from honda.

Here comes the real problem. Honda wont give out any information for the part so i would like to have some informations from you and i hope you can help me.

So we need a starter but we dont know which one with the number on the starter we cant get any information at honda. can ypu post the right one for me here??? that would be great. if you need any other information just tell me.

Also here is a list from wikipedia.org (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Accord)

The 1998 Accor modelcode CG5 isn't in there :/

That particular listing is domestic shipping only... so they wouldn't be able to ship it to you...
