280hp off a 200hp engine? When the throttle body was upgraded did you have the intake manifold ported? if you didnt the TB ultimately isnt doing anything for you.

I finally got the car back today and all I can say is WOW!! The chip made a BIG difference! First off, it is made by Jetchip. Second, according to the speedshop the bored out throttle body does make a big difference w/o having to modify the manifold. Today was a real nasty , rainy day here so I really couldn't fully put her through the paces, but what little that I could I can feel it was worth every penny and every days wait. I strange but even the exhust note is somewhat different- a more "tuned" sound.More to follow, tomorrow prmices to be a nice dry day

if the back of the throttle body doesnt match up ie has a larger bore then the inital bore of the intake manifold, you are running into a block that prevents the full flow capable for the throttlebody, yeah, theres a difference with a larger bore over stock but you arent making full use of it

If I can ever get to the point where I can do without my car for a few days I'll send the throttle body here:

http://www.maxbore.com/

With that done and a better breathing exhaust I'll go the JET route also, they will custom tune to your mods..........sigh, It always has to do with time and money doesn't it?

Is premium fuel required now or did they tune it for regular?

All I need is regular gas. What a kick it is. It's not like I'm smoking the tires but the acceleration is so much quicker. For the money it's one of the best mods you can do!

Great! Nothing better than more performance and still being able to use 87 octane. Good info, thanks.

FYI

On jetchip's site they say that 89 octane or above is required with their mildest modifications. Heavy duty mods require 91 or better.
Are you sure about the regular grade fuel???????
