Emmission

Default Emmission

Im not sure this is the place to post but,
My Brother swapped his engine with a B20 and ECU but when he goes to Emission the computer doesnt recognize the ECU or Something,
Basically it doesnt pass.
2000 Honda Civic Si B16---B20

Yes i know its not an Accord But..... PLS Answer.

HOW can he Fix IT???????

I'm guessing that the testing station recognizes that a 2000 Civic is not supposed to have a B20.
