Which engine for my 88 lxi

Default Which engine for my 88 lxi
Either a Used Accord Prelude JDM H23A DOHC Vtec 2.3L or Honda JDM H22A DOHC Vtec. Both put out good horsepower and both are reasonably close in price just not sure which one is a better fit
