Anything special in swapping out 1987 LXi engine/tranny with 1986 engine/tranny?
Hi,
I have a 1987 Accord LXi Sedan with a good engine/bad auto transmission in a straight body and a 1986 Accord LXi with a good engine/good auto transmission in a rusting body. I want to swap the pull the engine/tranny from the 1986 which is rusting out badly and put it in the 1987 which is in pretty good shape. Looks pretty straight forward. Only thing that really concerns me is the wiring harness/computer/electronics. Anything for me to worry about on that? Any other words of wisdom? Thanks for any advice!
