Hello, i have a 99 honda accord lx 4 cylinder i just did a water pump/timing belt/ iacv cleaning on, now when i go to crank it up it instantly jumps to 4-5k rpm and stays there, so....did i mess up the timing or the iacv?

 

Look for a large vacuum leak; PCV hose, vacuum brake booster.
