Default Engine problems plz help

engine just started doing this 98k exactly on the engine...just replaced the trainy...check engine light just came on

that sounds like head noise not engine knock. Hondas are known for having noisy heads. I would look into a valve adjustment....when was the last time you had one done?

Default valve adjustment
ive owned the car for about 4 months...never done an adjustment on the valves, but that might be whats causing it to kick forward
