an H22 wouldn't work, as the set up of the v6 bays is different, but it is easily swapped into the 4 cyl bays.
The most I have ever seen anyone customize a v6 5th gen accord is swap the transmission for manual out of an acura(maybe a TL, I don't remember).
While anything can be done with the right amount of time, money, and determination, to get any sort of performance out of the stock v6, or swap for something that makes power(j35) would require so much time and money that it wouldn't be worth it.
If you aren't too attached to the car I would just sell it, buy a manual 4cyl version, and turbo it. It would be cheap, easy, and reliable.
