Default Engine...Trans swap??

I have a 98 DX and plan to upgrade to the V6 vtec, will my 2.3 transmission match up with the 3.0 or do I need to upgrade the transmission as well?

Yea uhh...No to both the trans and engine swap.

Swap in a H23 non-vtec or JDM F22B for ease of install.
