lol have fun wiring your obd1 car to obd2. Might as well just sell yours and buy a obd2 car.
Wiring is a total pain.
Just do it the right way the 1st time. Dude seriously. If you don't know the answers to the questions your asking and now you want to attempt to convert to obd2 yourself? That 10x more of a headache than just doing it the right way. I don't understand why you would make things much much harder on yourself when we told you the right ways to do it.
buy your swap at the sometime buy a chipped p72 with either a f20b base map (I have yet to see one) or a h22 base map. Find a tuner in your area and get just a simple street tune to smooth out your a/f ratio. Then when you want to get a real tune you can put her up on the dyno.
