i know about H23 manifold. But i dont think it is worth of instaling one. Because it requires a lot of work to fit to F20A4 head besides how can i make those dual runners work on F20a4 head?
And to make more power i can make biger boost for example 0.7 bar. But for dayly use it is enough for now.

If you ask for the exhaust manifold it is custom made it has no type

ohh I misunderstood your post...I thought it was a f22a.

Dose your f20a4 share the same intake port pattern as the f20b? If so you could use a h22 intake manifold.

EDIT* the dual runners looks intake manifold looks like this….

no i can not fit H23 intake manifold, if i want that i must fit H23 head on F20a4 block... i dont think it is worth it , a lot of tiem money and work. and the result maybe 20hp more...
