f22b5 engine mods

hi everyone. i have a honda accord with an f22b5 engine, and i wanna tune it to about 300-400hp, i was gonna turbo it. and i was hoping u could tell me were i could source the internal parts for it?

yea had alook at those sites...they r great as dont hav anythin 4 my engine n car ova in england....my car is rare ova here
